A Leading national energy and utilities company is looking to hire a commercial legal counsel to join their growing team based in the West Midlands. Reporting to senior members of the legal team the role will be broad commercial, requiring the successful candidate to negotiate, draft and advise on a range commercial legal matters and agreements such as:
-Procurement agreements
-Supply agreements
-Service agreements
-Distribution agreements
Candidates will ideally have up to 5 years of post-qualification experience as well as a strong commercial legal background gained in either a top law firm or highly-regarded in-house team.
