Role: Service Delivery & Innovation Paralegal
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Overview of Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery & Innovation Paralegal to support the development, management and delivery of innovative knowledge and practice development initiatives and build on our client’s unique collaborative service delivery culture across their Firm.
You will provide day-to-day support for the creation, maintenance and coordination of service delivery, practice development and knowledge management projects and for ensuring the identification and implementation of innovation to these projects across the Firm.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Supporting the Firm's innovation strategy in practice development and legal service delivery, including:
- Project management and operational support for identifying, testing and implementing / integrating various technology and other innovation projects and pilots
- Creation and development of innovation and knowledge collateral and other materials (how to guides, training, etc.)
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of client-facing "state of the legal innovation market" sessions and client innovation collaboration workshops
- Keeping up-to-date with innovative products and solutions offered by competitors and available in the market to continually benchmark and improve the firm's position as a legal innovator
- Supporting the management of the firm's knowledge management systems
- Supporting the creation, management and administration of various client collaboration sites across practice and sector groups
Required Experience:
- Law degree (2:1)
- Basic experience of knowledge management/ professional services/ practice development gained when working within a previous firm
- Experience working as a paralegal and understanding how this role works
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Full range of MS Office skills and a familiarity with database structuring and maintenance
