Paralegal

Job Title: Commercial Paralegal

Contract: 1 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £150-£200 per day

Start Date: End of June

Entailments of Role:

• Non-Disclosure Agreements – being responsible for the NDA process including negotiating NDAs
• Fixed Income Loan Trades – reviewing and drafting loan trade documentation and advising the Fixed Income team
• Commerical Contracts – reviewing and drafting commerical contracts (such as vendor contracts, service contracts, deeds of novation, termination letters and deed of amendments)
• Commitment Meetings – attending Commitment meetings for the purposes of minuting and potentially advising of any risks, drafting the Minutes follwing such meeting
• Commission Sharing Agreements/Participation Letters – liaising and advising the finance department in relation to commission sharing agreements and participation letters. Reviewing and drafting such agreements
• Introducer Agreements and Consultancy Agreements – reviewing and drafting introducer and consultancy agreements
• General support to the Legal department - this includes research, drafting various checklists, updating files, updating template and precedents, and general administration
