Property Paralegal

My client are an established law firm based in Liverpool. They are looking for a Property Paralegal to join their Property team.

The successful Property Paralegal will have a minimum of 3 years' experience of handling a caseload of post completion matters and you will be used to working in a busy environment with experience of working on a case management system.

As Property Paralegal you will duties will include but not limited to:

Dealing with clients over the telephone and in person;
Dealing with the Land Registry via portal;
Dealing with mortgage lenders and other relevant parties;
Making applications to facilitate the registration of legal title at the Land Registry;
Making applications to facilitate the first registration of legal title at the Land Registry;
Preparing stamp duty land tax documentation on line;
Responding to any requisitions or queries raised by the Land Registry and other relevant parties;
Dealing with incoming post and evidence of discharge of legal mortgages;
Any other relevant administrative duties to assist the conveyancing Fee Earners.
