Residential Conveyancer.
High street firm with a loyal client base and strong links in the local community are now looking to appoint a residential conveyancer - either a qualified solicitor or non-qualified but with a high level of technical skill and the ability to handle your own caseload, managing files from start to completion.
The work coming into the department is traditional sales and purchase, remortgage, and some new build matters.
You'll be the main fee earner at that location but there would be other conveyancers at neighbouring branch offices. There is support available in the form of partners who have covered conveyancing before, however you should be self-sufficient, able to handle case management systems, and be motivated to try and grow the profile of the firm.
A competitive salary is on offer and it will be negotiable dependant upon experience.
