An exciting opportunity for a IP litigation lawyer to join a growing team as an in-house lawyer in the entertainment sector. Working closely with the General Counsel this role will assist in reducing and disrupting online and physical IP infringements.
An exciting opportunity for a IP litigation lawyer to join a growing team as an in-house lawyer in the entertainment sector. Working closely with the General Counsel this role will assist in reducing and disrupting online and physical IP infringements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day co-ordination of multiple litigation & content protection cases;
- Support the group with company/commercial & data protection matters;
- Liaise regularly with external experts, solicitors & counsel.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- 1-3 years PQE in a contentious IP role however all candidates will be considered on merit;
- Knowledge of technical content protection issues & internet law;
- Ideally experience in the music industry.
