Our city based client are currently looking for a experienced paralegal to join their busy technoIogy team, The successful candidate will have completed thier LPC and have at least 6 months paralegal experience, ideally within technology experience. Duties will include
• Contract review and drafting
• Reviewing agreements and checking licence terms
• Drafting of IT agreements based on precedents
• General proof reading of agreements
• Ad hoc work from the team
