Legal 500 listed law firm with offices across West Yorkshire is recruiting a conveyancing assistant to join its well established property department.

Established for many years and now within the top 20 law firms in Yorkshire it now has a team of 190 people. It strives to employ personal and approachable people which offer a wide range of services to individuals and businesses.

This role will involve assisting a fee earner with a caseload from inception to post completion to include:

Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

It is essential that you have proven experience of assisting with all aspects of a residential conveyancing caseload and you must have experience in sale and purchase.
