Corporate Paralegal

LAW Absolute is currently working alongside a highly prestigious, Top Tier law firm based in London’s city centre who are looking for a high-calibre paralegal to join their Corporate department on a 12 month fixed term contract.

We are interested in hearing from motivated and hard-working individuals who have experience dealing with a wide range of Corporate matters at a Paralegal level. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to bibling, dealing with transactional documents and carrying out company searches.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate an impressive academic record. Previous experience as a paralegal is required, and corporate experience is preferred.
