Conveyancing Assistant

The Firm:

- Full service law firm with offices in Wakefield and Barnsley is recruiting a conveyancing assistant to join its well established team in Wakefield
- Established since 1985 and has some highly experienced team members is growing from strength to strength and is therefore seeking a conveyancing assistant to support a conveyancer

The Role:

-You will be working as part of a close knit team offering support when needed. You will be exposed to a breadth of good quality conveyancing matters from inception through to post completion which will include:

* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-It is essential that you have proven experience of assisting with sale and purchase transactions from inception through to post completion and be able to work in a fast paced environment
