Residential Property Lawyer

Locum Residential Property Lawyer – Wales – 1 month – July Start - £30 - £45 per hour

Venn Group is exclusively handling locum recruitment on behalf of a well-regarded, international ‘Legal 500’ firm. The firm requires a Locum Residential Property Lawyer to assist their leading Real Estate department with an excess caseload of remortgages, complex sales and purchases, acquisitions, new builds and unregistered files. The period of the requirement is expected to be 1 month with the likelihood of extension.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and qualified Property Lawyer to work within a nationally-renowned department at a leading practice, working on complex and high calibre work

The successful candidate will be independently responsible for a full caseload of residential property files.

To be considered for this attractive locum opportunity, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience practising in residential property law with demonstrable experience of remortgages, acquisitions and new build/unregistered work. 

The position is due to commence in July, offering a lucrative rate, based on experience.
