Our client is a law firm with a strong regional presence. This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer who is looking to move into a compliance role. There will be training offered to the right candidate and there is excellent potential for growth within the team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal queries in relation to risk and compliance.
- Addressing all areas of legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of the firm's risk management framework.
- Drafting risk and compliance procedures.
- Preparing reports to senior management.
- Communicating risk and compliance updates within the firm and training colleagues to ensure best practise.
