Finance Law associate 3 - 5 years' PQE
My City based client is an international law firm. The banking and finance department has an opportunity for a finance law associate. The team advises on many types of transactions, both nationally and internationally, including acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, project finance, equity and credit derivatives, property investment and development.
If you have gained good experience within the debt capital markets and /or structured capital markets practice areas you are likely to be of great interest.
