Conveyancing Technical Fee Earner.
Proud of its reputation as of the leading firms within Yorkshire's property market, this highly successful firm in Leeds is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Technical Lawyer to take responsibility on a residential conveyancing case load, providing technical legal support to the team.
You will be providing legal support and advice and assistance to the teams on more complex cases.
With working conditions to match the best in the market, this forward thinking firm is offering a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive the chance to take on a senior role within the team.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing is required, with experience and understanding of freehold, leasehold unregistered, new build and shared ownership transactions in their entirety - this is essential.
You will have investigatory skills with the ability to quickly assimilate facts on relatively complex files, identify patterns and form connections.
The role would particularly suit an individual who is used to dealing with volume processing of cases.
