Senior Compliance Counsel (8-15 PQE) Beijing - 14522/TTL

This top multinational corporation is seeking a senior compliance lawyer with at least 8 PQE for their China legal team based in Beijing. You will be responsible for all corporate trust and compliance issues including risk management, anti-corruption, anti-fraud and related training. Ideally, you have PRC/US/UK qualification with solid compliance experience on M&A deals, business ventures, IP transactions, risk management, dispute management and due diligence work gained in the Mainland China, Hong Kong or Taiwan. You must have fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills for the role. Occasional travel is required. REF: 14522/TTL
