The Role
We are now actively seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor on a permanent basis for a well-regarded team located in Bishop’s Stortford. Utilising your transactional experience, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload of corporate transactions and more general commercial matters. Areas may include: corporate lending; Companies Act matters; shareholders and commercial sales agreements; re-organisations; finance agreements and; partnerships and LLPs.
Additionally, the successful Solicitor will demonstrate a willingness to be involved with marketing and business development initiatives for the team, building long-lasting client relationships and generating referrals. The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2-4 years’ PQE and wide-ranging transactional experience;

Have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
Be IT literate;
Demonstrate an enthusiastic and professional to their day to day work;
A pro-active team player, with a flair for business development and marketing.
