Fram are currently working with a highly regarded regional firm based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their outstanding team. The firm is a regional leader, and this is an excellent opportunity.
The work will include a variety of property matters, such of which will include Landlord/Tennent, purchases, and sales.
The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified lawyer with good academics, who has experience from a Real Estate/Commercial Property practice. The ideal candidate should have circa 2-6 years PQE in the relevant fields. In addition, you will have outstanding interpersonal skills and will enjoy building relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Commercial Property Lawyers who are looking to progress within a well respected firm.
