We are currently working with a top law firm, who are seeking a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join their team in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a regional leading company and deal with high profile clients on a regular basis.
The key duties will include:
• Producing and advising on commercial agreements
• Involvement in business Sales and purchases.
The ideal candidate should have circa 2 years PQE in the relevant field. As well as this, the individual will need to have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills to enable the success of the wider team.
