Our client, a major UK firm seeks to appoint a financial services litigation NQ solicitor to join their market leading Birmingham team.
The firm has an opportunity for an NQ to join their Financial Services Disputes and Investigations team. The team advises clients in three key areas of work in the financial services sector, namely financial services litigation, contentious regulatory work (including investigations) and financial crime. This role would suit a 2018 qualifier with either a finance and banking litigation seat or a commercial litigation seat and an interest in handling financial disputes. You may also have had some exposure to regulatory matters and/or white collar/criminal disputes.
You will join a friendly and supportive team to handle a mixed case load of financial services disputes and to work collaboratively with others on larger cross-office projects.
