Litigation Locum (3 month duration)

A position has arisen for a Litigation Locum within a leading public sector organisation in the South West. This is a key role managing a varied caseload on a 3 month interim basis with the possibility of extension. It is paying between £40-45 per hour depending on experience.
Your duties will include:
- Managing a varied case load of Civil Litigation matters
- Debt recovery, including pre-action correspondence, issuing of proceedings and advising and progressing enforcement
- All aspects of Housing Possessions
- Applications for injunctions to seek access for inspections on social housing
- Bringing and defending Small Claims
- Breach of contract claims
- Responding to pre-action correspondence on general matters
- Court advocacy for the above matters as required
