Lexcel accredited, well-established firm are now seeking a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team in Brighton.

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and client focused Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Lexcel accredited firm in Brighton. The successful Lawyer will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm and possess a wide range of up-to-date knowledge on Commercial Property matters. Duties of the role may include: landlord and tenant matters; lease negotiations and renewals; drafting leases and; acquisition and disposal of commercial premises. Our client prides themselves on providing excellent client care, therefore a Lawyer who can communicate effectively over the telephone and in person whilst providing a first-class service is essential.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Providing excellent client care and communication skills;
Show a good knowledge and willing to keep up-to-date with the law relevant to Commercial Property;
Solid organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst retaining a keen eye for detail;
A flair for business development and networking and an understanding of the benefits of both.
