This is a great opportunity for an experienced corporate Lawyer from NQ – 4yrs PQE to work for a Legal 500 firm in Dartford.
The firm has an excellent reputation and has big growth plans.
You will be working with very experienced partners who will support you and help you to develop your experience and technical skills.
Your caseload under supervision will include M&As, shareholder agreements, partnership & LLP agreements, share reconstructions and demergers etc.
This position would suit someone who is ambitious and with marketing and business support, you will be working with the partners to grow the corporate business.
