In House - Commercial/IT FTC- Fast Start

A leading fin tech business seeks to recruit a commercial/It lawyer c 2 -5 pqe for a fast start to join an established in house team on a FTC basis

THE ROLE

As a member of growing and very busy team the post holder will be expected to handle a varied workload covering ; - a mainly commercial / contract workload with technology and GDPR work. The work will include IT contracts, software agreements, regulatory, compliance and data protection matters

This is a superb opportunity to handle a varied workload drafting and vetting commercial agreements, working on projects ad generally providing legal support to the stakeholders.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this in house role applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant technical skills, a sound commercial awareness wit ha background handling Technology or Data Protection work .

Applicants must be available to commence a new role at short notice
