Description
This Capital Markets Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Supporting the fee earners as and where needed
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting on transactions
- Conducting due diligence
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Proof reading legal documents
Profile
For this Capital Markets Paralegal role, you will have ideally:
- Completed a law degree/GDL and secured a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
- Legal Practice Course is highly advantageous
- Have proven interest in Capital Markets work/exposure to this area through either a paralegal role, a vacation scheme or an internship
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Strong organisational skills
