The In-House Legal team continues to expand and they are now looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join them based in Warwickshire.

This represents a great opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to take up a broad in-house commercial role as part of a supportive, pro-active team. You will have exposure to a wide range of commercial matters as well as exposure to areas including employment and IP.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts
  • Engage with and advise a wide variety of stakeholders across the business including IT, marketing, HR and sales functions
  • Providing more general legal advice including employment, IP
  • Advise and assist with data protection issues and implementation

The role represents a great opportunity for a engaging Solicitor with excellent stakeholder engagement skills who is keen to build their career in truly commercial surroundings.
