A leading Essex based Private Practice urgently require the assistance of an experienced Private Client Lawyer on a locum basis. The role is due to start at short notice and last for circa three months in duration to assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.
The caseload will comprise of a full range of Private Client matters to include: Wills, Probate, LPA’s, Deputyships, Estate Administration and some light Tax and Trust matters.
The firm operate a case management system and utilise digital dictation. There will also be full secretarial support available.
The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and have experience in handling a full Private Client caseload. They will be joining an established and reputable department.
Previous experience as a locum would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Probate Practitioners and Lawyers qualified by experience are encouraged to apply.
