Well respected, West Midlands practice seeks a junior Fee Earner to join their highly regarded clinical negligence team. This role would be ideally suited to a junior Solicitor or Legal Executive with Personal Injury experience who is seeking to make the leap to clinical negligence.

Role Description
The successful applicant will work closely alongside a respected partner and assist them with their caseload. They will have full conduct of their own caseload of clinical negligence files under supervision.

This is a well established practice with strong local ties and a client centric approach. They are well regarded for their clinical negligence work and receive a regular stream of instructions. The firm invests heavily in their staff and support their professional development through internal and external training.

Candidate Specification
We are looking for an intelligent and highly motivated Solicitor or Legal Executive from either a personal injury or clinical negligence background. Given the nature of the work, high levels of empathy, emotional resilience and excellent communication skills are essential.

Remuneration
A salary of £24,000 - £26,000 is on offer dependent on experience. Candidates seeking a higher salary will be considered on a case by case basis.
