Senior Legal Counsel - IP & Technology

A global bank is seeking a Senior IP/IT Lawyer to join their business on an initial 6 month day rate contract based in central London. Day rate £550+

Working in a busy team you will be responsible for:

- advising on intra-group outsourcing, technology and procurement contracts

- collaborating with other legal counsels, locally and in foreign jurisdictions on company projects and iniatives

- providing advice on IP and data protection matters

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements

- representing Legal in committee meetings

- develop and implement guides, templates and policies for the business

You will be 4+ years PQE, trained in a reputable firm ideally coupled with relevant experience in-house preferably within the financial services sector. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and be able to work effectively within a global, team based environment.
