Deputy Head of Legal

The post holder will deputised for the Head of Legal and will be expected to work with minimal supervision and assist nwith management of the In-House legal team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of commercial contracts
• Advise and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisation
• Commercialisation agreements and IP
• Providing more general legal advice including employment, IP
• Advise and assist with data protection issues and implementation
• Disputes and Litigation
• Administrative legal issues
