Planning Solicitor

BCL Legal has been instructed by a Legal 500 rated practice, seeking to recruit a Planning Solicitor to join any of the firms regional offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planning solicitor to join a well regarded firm, who are offering a genuine path to partnership for the right candidate.

The Role:

* Providing strategic planning advice to commercial clients, residential developer clients and household name retail & leisure clients
* S agreements
* Environmental impact assessments
* Infrastructure and highways agreements
* Statutory nuisance
* Planning and environmental appeals
* Waste management regulation
* Contaminated land matters

Candidate requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of three years experience (more junior candidates should still apply)
* Strong technical understanding of complex planning law matters
* A strong academic background
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team orientated environment
