Real Estate Solicitor

This leading boutique law firm based by the City are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (ideally 2PQE+) to join their team. Working alongside a high profile Partner you will have to opportunity to assist on a range of complex commercial property and secured lending matters.

The Role
- Assisting with a caseload that spans landlord & tenant, sales, disposals, bridging loans, refinancing etc
- Working with a number of high profile clients, including domestic and overseas investors and challenger banks
- Taking a leading role with existing clients, becoming a key point of contact within the firm

The Candidate
- Real Estate Solicitor (ideally 2PQE+)
- Experience across a range of commercial property matters (ideally including some exposure to secured lending)
- Bright, motivated, a "go-getter"
