Due to an internal service redesign, we are now looking to recruit a Locum Criminal Litigation Solicitor on an on-going basis. Your new role

As a Criminal Litigation Solicitor, you will be working within the Criminal Litigation team handling mostly Trading Enforcement. This will involve regulatory investigations that would lead to either the issuing of fines or criminal proceedings. You will be working closely with the rest of the Criminal Litigation department and there will be the need for advocacy work as the investigations are presented to the court.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Criminal Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of Trading Enforcement and advocacy work.
