THE ROLE:

A role has arisen for a confident corporate and commercial lawyer to join a highly successful team focussing on the small to mid-cap market.

You will working on a wide range of commercial matters from mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions to new investments.

ABOUT YOU:

Successful candidates will have a proven background as a corporate and commercial lawyer NQ-2PQE gained from a recognised national or City law firm.

Good knowledge of working on mergers and acquisitions, and experience of dealing with a range of commercial contracts is essential.

You must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
