A First Response Advisor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with an award winning law firm in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a First Response Advisor/MOJ Stage One Portal Legal Assistant to take initial instructions on Personal Injury claims.

Duties are likely to include taking initial instructions/details of accidents and inputting onto the case management system, making assessments on liability, setting up ATE insurance and sending out claims packs.

Applications are invited from candidates with experience in First Response/FNOL or Stage 1 MOJ Assistants. You should be able to work independently, be able to cope well under pressure and possess excellent client care and communication skills.
