Lead Lawyer, UK operations

Our client is an ambitious technology-solutions company with an industry leading annual growth rate of 17%. An opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to lead its growing UK business. Duties shall include drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, advising on consumer protection, compliance, marketing, data protection and regulatory issues. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to really make an impact on a growing UK business which has a much larger global footprint. This position will work closely with the Managing Director and candidates must have extensive b2c experience in a fast-paced business environment. This opportunity would be suited to a commercial lawyer with an entrepreneurial flair who is looking for the next step up in their career.
