Funds PSL

This top tier firm seeks an additional professional support lawyer with experience in fund formation. This would be a great career move for a circa 4-7pqe funds solicitor looking for a first PSL role.

THE ROLE

This is an additional resource for a successful team to work closely with the Head of Strategy and Delivery and support a group with clients ranging from start-ups to world leading asset management companies.

The PSL will enjoy a wide range of know-how functions including training, business development, managing standard forms and documents, know-how sharing and client briefings.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This is a mid level role and would suit an experienced investment funds lawyer looking for a first PSL move or a more junior PSL. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and technical expertise to include fund formation, ideally closed-ended, private fund structures and related regulatory considerations. You should enjoy sharing knowledge and have the interpersonal skills to support colleagues at all levels.
