Commercial Property Associate.
This high profile and award wining Commercial Property team is now looking to bring in an Associate level solicitor, ideally between 3 and 7 years PQE to complement a very good team. There are exceptional people at the higher and junior ends, so with regards to balance within the team, you will have a key role to play.
Working alongside a couple of key partners, you would be presented with key pieces of work to handle individually. This is a great role for someone who is looking to build and grow - the two partners in place tend to cover more transactional work at the moment, so by bringing you in, the partners would have some more freedom to concentrate on business development into the department.
Given the firm's noted client database, the ideal scenario for the client would be to find someone from a Top 200 UK Law background - either city or large regional. However, if you have worked at a legal 500 firm or even a high street firm, have good academics, and feel you really do have something to offer here, then please do get in touch and talk to us about this fantastic opportunity with a firm that is growing at a rate of knots.
The Leicester department acts for many household names, including some of the country’s largest commercial developers, and your caseload would have a slant towards strategic land development.
