Landlord & Tenant - Head of Department.
A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of London's leading Landlord & Tenant teams as Head of Department.
You will have considerable experience in this field, acting for both Landlords and Tenants with a particular focus on representing Registered Social Landlords, Housing Co-operatives and some public sector Landlords.
As Head of Department, you will have overall responsibility for more than 10 individuals, consisting of Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals. Ideally some previous management experience and an understanding of how to develop business in this area are desirable.
Typical matters will include the usual Possession, Disrepair, ASB, Injunctions, Homelessness, and Appeals.
As a guide, we are inviting applications from:
- Solicitors, Legal Executives and Barristers with 7 or more years PQE
- Candidates from other private practice law firms, Local Authorities or Housing Associations, either in London or the Regions
- Those with recent and relevant experience with Landlord & Tenant litigation - particularly Social Housing focused.
