Our client would like to hire a seasoned capital markets lawyer, with regulatory experience to assist with the listing of companies they are invested in.
Fluency in Arabic and English
3-8 years of PQE
Strong background in capital markets
Experience with listing of public companies and the policies/laws of the regulator that will govern the entity (eg ADX, DFM, SAMA, CMA).
Regional experience strongly preferred.
