Are you a junior Corporate lawyer seeking a move to a US practice?
The Corporate group at this premier US firm boast an excellent offering across public and private M&A, Private Equity, VC and JV transactions, with a particularly strong presence in the technology sector.
The Firm are keen to expand their offering with the addition of a junior Corporate lawyer, ideally at between 0-2 PQE, with strong experience across a broad range of transactional work.
Applicants should be:
- 0-2 PQE, having gained experience at either a leading City or International practice
- Able to deal with a broad range of transactional work, with a focus on private M&A transactions
- Some experience of acting for clients in the technology sector would also be useful
