Legal Assistant
Sheffield Based
£16,000
We are currently recruiting for an exciting, city centre based opportunity for one of our largest legal clients. The role of this department is to provide specialist, supportive legal advice to victims of personal injury.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative, support and assistance to the department across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Duties may include:
- Providing an initial point of contact for new enquires that come into the department
- Sorting of medical records
- Typing of letters and documents
- Organising diaries
- Collating of information and research
- Liaising with experts and other third parties
- Actively supporting the Lawyers to progress client matters
Desirable Key Skills & Experiences:
Experience of working in a solicitor's practice in a similar administration role.
Ability to use social media at an advanced level
Fast and accurate typing with a minimum speed of 40 wpm.
Ability to input information quickly and accurately
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
