Our client is a Multi-branch, multi-disciplinary, consumer led high street law firm with over 20 office locations. Due to expansion and growth our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Islington office.
Our client have a vacancy for a full time residential conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years PQE. The role requires the management of a varied residential caseload and you will be expected to run this case load from inception to post completion with transactions including:
* Sales & Purchase of Freehold and Leasehold Property
* Right to Buy
* Buy to Let
* Lease Extensions
* Transfer of Equity
* Re-Mortgages
* Shared Ownership
