2pqe+ Commercial Property Lawyer

With over 18 years dedicated to the North East Legal Profession JDI Legal work with a range of law firms and in house legal teams and are currently working on a brand new expansionary opportunity for a talented, motivated commercial property solicitor with no less than 2pqe to join a progressive and dynamic Newcastle law firm.

The successful individual will work closely with 2 partners who are well connected and have an excellent reputation for delivering first class advice. You will get client contact  acting for a broad mix of commercial clients from a variety of sectors including property developers, investors, lenders and surveyors on a broad range of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, hotels, leisure, medical centres and residential care homes.

The department handles the full spectrum of commercial property transactions including development, commercial conveyancing, property investment portfolios, commercial leases, and landlord and tenant matters and are committed to delivering excellent client care and value for money to their clients.

Applications are invited from commercial property solicitors with 2pqe + or more qualification who are looking to join a very busy department and keen to be part of a motivated and high energy team. Associate level candidates will also be considered.

Commercial awareness and a willingness to be involved in business development and marketing initiatives will also be required.
