Employment Associate

Dynamic law firm with an innovative away of approaching the legal market are looking for an experienced mid-level employment solicitor to join the team and work on a varied client base. There is a good range of work on offer and this would be a mix of both non-contentious and contentious work, with limited CSR in the role. The firm prides itself on their internal collegiate culture and being an excellent place to work.

We are looking for a genuine all-rounder for this role, you must have experience of employer and employee work, including contentious and non-contentious and senior executive work. Candidates are envisaged to have gained at least 5 years PQE at a well-respected law firm to carry out the role. A flat structure means you must be a team player and happy to be involved with all levels of work as well as being involved in business development. Business development experience would be a positive attribute to have, but whilst it is not a prerequisite a desire to be involved in this side of the role would be favourable.
