A leading London law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join their friendly team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Your role will include front of house and administrative responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all staff and visitors;
  • Receiving and directing phone calls;
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms;
  • Liaising with Facilities and IT teams;
  • Dealing with post, deliveries and couriers; 
  • Ordering stationery and other supplies; and 
  • Archiving, photocopying, scanning, and other ad hoc office admin duties.

To be successful, you'll ideally be a career receptionist with experience from the corporate or legal worlds, be highly-organised and IT savvy, with very good verbal and written communication skills. Most importantly, you'll love providing excellent customer service with a smile!
