Description
This Corporate Paralegal role will involve but not be limited to:
- Ad hoc support within the Corporate team
- Transactional support
- Conducting legal research
Profile
For this Corporate Paralegal role, the candidate our client is looking for will have:
- Excellent academics (As/Bs at A level) and a 2:1 minimum at degree level
- Ideally Legal Practice Course completed with ideally the corporate electives chosen although this is not essential
- Have paralegal experience with transferable skills from a top law firm
