Liverpool Street - Friendly team - All training provided
If you are attracted to roles that offer variety and the opportunity to meet people then we would like to hear from you. We are a market leading specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years resourcing for the largest law firms in the world. We are currently looking for a Team Administrator to join our very busy Executive Search, HR & Marketing Division who specialise in recruiting Senior Management, HR & Marketing vacancies for U and International law firm clients in London, Europe and the Middle East.
The position is situated within a vibrant and friendly team of consultants, one of whom is a Director, who you will be primarily employed to support on a daily basis. You will be offered an impressive variety of duties where you will be responsible for helping source and contact candidates, drafting advertising as well as identifying potential targets by 'mapping the market', researching law firms and the wider professional service sectors. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own candidate network to improve your professional image and the wider departmental and firm brand, along with posting newsfeeds, liaising with candidates via telephone and email, interviewing prospective candidates, developing relationships post registration, introducing and promoting candidates to consultants and ensuring all candidate information is updated frequently. You will act as a general back up to consultants in their absence, taking calls, attending vacancy briefings, dealing with junior vacancies when consultants are at capacity and leading weekly candidate meetings with consultants to communicate important target information, helping to identify and suggest ideas to increase candidate flow and generation.
As the new Team Administrator, you will ideally be educated to degree level, be methodical in process and analytical by nature. If you have a creative flair for social media this would be beneficial and you should have the ability to work to tight deadlines, always multi-tasking and re-prioritising workload whilst never jeopardising the standard of your work. You should be driven, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to succeed. If you would like to be considered for the above please send your CV for immediate consideration.
