Our client is a commercially astute law firm with a strong international focus, serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients. They are one of the UK's top 100 law firms, with over 75 partners.

This is a opportunity to join a market leading property department team which currently comprises 28 partners, 26 fee earners, 4 trainees and 20 support staff (including paralegals).

The successful candidate will work under supervision on a broad range of commercial property matters. The work will include but not be limited to:

* dealing with purchases and sales of investment property;
* dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting leases and preparing
deeds of variation and licences; and
* undertaking other general property work such as development and property finance as
required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with a good degree (minimum 2) and minimum ABB at "A"
level (or equivalent).
