Residential Conveyancer

A multi-disciplined, local high street law firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join the team at their Manchester Office, working in conjunction with an established Residential Conveyancer within the team.

This Residential Conveyancer role will be dealing with clients from start to finish on all types of Residential Conveyancing, handling the whole process including ID, anti-money laundering, title checks, searches, enquiries, drafting documents, SDLT returns and Land Registry registration. All with supervision and qualified support, this role is very much Client orientated with lots of Client interaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 - 2 year's experience running their own Residential Conveyancing caseload and for someone who values professional client care.

A Training Contract would be on offer to the perfect candidate.
