Legal Counsel (6+ PQE) - 14509/TTL

This world-renowned multinational corporation is seeking a mid to senior-level corporate/commercial lawyer to head up its Greater China’s legal team. Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with the management team in Hong Kong and be accountable for the provision of support on all legal issues. The range of issues includes business advice, commercial contracts, daily operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, disputes, and litigation. Ideally, you are a qualified lawyer with over 6 years’ PQE in corporate or commercial work with reputable law firms and/or MNCs. Candidates with strong business acumen and exposure to PRC legal matters are preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required. REF: 14509/TTL
